Dr. Sandra Kozel-Diamond is originally from
Omaha, Nebraska. She earned a B.A. in
Biology with a minor in Religion from the
University of Nebraska. After completing her
undergraduate studies, she attended
Southern College of Optometry in Memphis,
TN where she had extensive training in
pediatrics, vision therapy, primary care,
ocular disease, contact lens, and low vision.
She has also completed rotations at Tyndall
Air Force Base in Panama City, FL and The
Eye Institute in New Port Richey, FL.
Dr. Sandra Kozel-Diamond's interests lie in
low vision and ocular disease. She is
currently licensed to practice optometry
diagnostically and therapeutically in
Nebraska and South Carolina.

Dr. Jason Diamond was born and raised in
Belfry, KY. He spent most of his childhood
summers along the Grand Strand and
relocated to the area in the fall of 2006. Dr.
Diamond received a B.S. in Biology and
Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University.
He then attended Southern College of
Optometry in Memphis, TN for his doctorate.
At Southern College of Optometry, Dr.
Diamond received extensive training in
pediatrics, contact lens, primary care, ocular
disease, and low vision. He also completed
rotations at Tyndall Air Force Base in
Panama City, FL and The Eye Institute in
New Port Richey, FL. Dr. Jason Diamond's
special interests involve ocular disease,
primary care, and hard-to- fit contact lenses.
He is currently licensed to practice optometry
